Mother Abused Son with Cigarettes and Dog Food

Siann Cawley, a 27-year-old woman from Fleetwood, Lancashire, has been sentenced to four years and three months in prison for abusing a young boy in her care, forcing him to eat dog food and burning him with cigarettes over a three-week period. Cawley, who pleaded guilty to multiple charges including assault and neglect, is currently serving her sentence at HMP Styal.
