Mountjoy inmate ‘went berserk’ and threw TV at prison officer, just hours before he was due to be released

Mountjoy Prison in Dublin was the scene of an incident where inmate Laurence Brady, 51, threw a TV at a prison guard, hitting him “full force” as the guard raised his arm to protect himself. Brady assaulted the officer and smashed the TV just hours before he was scheduled to be released.
