A South Australian motorcyclist was charged after being caught speeding 100km/h over the limit while wearing a pirate hat and goggles on Kulde Road in Tailem Bend. The man was first recorded going 151km/h in a 50km/h zone, and then captured a few minutes later going 146km/h in the opposite direction. The incident occurred at 12.30pm on Friday in the Murray Mallee region.
