MONTGOMERY, Ala.

Two rival gunmen exchanged gunfire in downtown Montgomery, Alabama, on Saturday night, resulting in the deaths of 43-year-old Shalanda Williams and 17-year-old Jeremiah Morris, with 12 others injured, five critically. Police are investigating the incident, which occurred after a nearby football game, and are appealing for public information as they explore motives and identify the shooters.
