MIT researchers have collaborated with South Korean beauty company Amorepacific to create “Skinsight,” a wearable electronic skin platform set to debut at CES 2026. This Bluetooth-enabled sensor patch adheres to the skin, tracking factors like skin tightness, UV exposure, temperature, and moisture through a mobile app. The AI-driven app uses these readings to assess skin aging and recommend personalized skincare products. The patch is designed to be breathable and sweat-resistant, but details on availability and pricing are yet to be announced.
