Deputy Secretary Jim O’Neill stated that Minnesota has 60 days to comply with the request, or face penalties, following a preliminary notice of non-compliance issued by the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). The investigation was triggered by reports of significant fraud involving fake daycares siphoning taxpayer dollars. In response, ACF has deployed a team for on-site monitoring to gather necessary records.
