A Ukrainian migrant absconded British police by attempting to cross the English Channel to France in a kayak. Spotted off the British coast by a member of the public, a search was initiated but the migrant had already reached French waters. The migrant was later found by the survey vessel Marshall Art… after successfully crossing the Channel.
