Meta has announced that it is rolling back the restrictions on former President Donald Trump’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. The company stated that Trump will be allowed to return to both platforms, but will still be subject to the same content moderation policies as any other user. This decision comes after Trump was banned from the platforms in January 2021 following the Capitol riot.
