Mayor says a missing R2b is behind no-confidence bid

Dissatisfied minority parties in CoE launched a no-confidence motion against Mayor Xhakaza, accusing him of steering the city in the wrong direction. The mayor claims corrupt officials orchestrated the motion to halt investigations into an R2b scandal, particularly related to electricity account manipulation.
