A father fell 20 meters off a cliff at Paradise Caves in Noosa National Park, witnessed by his wife, prompting a large rescue mission involving emergency services, a rescue helicopter, and surf lifesavers. The man, from Perth, was flown to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in stable condition with arm and chest injuries after battling high tide and tough surf conditions. Queensland Ambulance Service reported the man suffered a serious head injury but was conscious and able to move before help arrived.
