A 61-year-old man was tragically killed after being drawn into a spinning MRI machine at Nassau Open MRI in Westbury, New York, on July 16, 2025. The incident occurred when he entered the MRI room while wearing a large metal necklace, leading to critical injuries that resulted in his death the following day.
