A 32-year-old man is set to appear in court charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, following a crash that claimed the lives of Peter Devlin and his son Loughlin in Killylea, Co Armagh. The incident occurred just two days after Christmas, leaving four others injured, including a baby, who were taken to the hospital. The joint funeral for Peter and Loughlin was held at the Church of St Joseph in Tynan, with the accused due to face Newry Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
