Man in his late 20s dies in Liverpool city centre but no one knows who he is

A man in his 20s was found outside the HM Passport Office in Liverpool city centre suffering from a medical episode on May 10 and later died in the hospital. Despite police appeals for identification, he remains unnamed, described as white, 6ft tall, with a large build, brown hair, and a brown beard, wearing specific clothing items. Detective Inspector Mike Fletcher stated the death is not suspicious, urging anyone who recognizes him to contact the authorities to help inform his next-of-kin.
