Man sentenced for killing five-month-old stepson in violent incident

Thomas Morgan, 29, has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of his girlfriend’s five-month-old son, Jensen-Lee Dougal, whom he violently shook during an argument with his ex-partner on March 30, 2024. The court heard that Jensen-Lee suffered severe injuries, including brain damage and multiple fractures. Morgan was found guilty of murder and causing grievous bodily harm, and he will serve a minimum of 19 years before being eligible for parole.
