A man driving a stolen car in Tokyo struck 11 people, resulting in one death and serious injuries to a woman in her 20s who remains unconscious. The driver, a 37-year-old man, fled the scene but was later arrested. An elderly man in his 80s was confirmed dead, while nine others sustained injuries. The incident occurred on a holiday in Japan when the car drove onto a pedestrian walkway.
