A 65-year-old man fell over 100 feet from the edge at Guano Point in the Grand Canyon, resulting in his death. The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office reported the incident occurred on Thursday, and their search and rescue team assisted the Hualapai Nation in recovering the body. The man was located about 130 feet down a scree pile, and technical rope systems were used for the recovery. His identity has not been disclosed, and condolences were extended to his family.
