Michael Fabjon Jr., 49, died on Feb. 9 after being mauled by a dog in Panama City Beach. The victim’s family will hold a service on Feb. 14, and is seeking civil damages through a wrongful death claim with the assistance of attorney Zachary Taylor. Fabjon sustained serious injuries to his neck and throat during the attack, which occurred while he was breaking up a fight between his dog and a neighbor’s pit bull.
