Police responded to a call on Kurrajong Street at 4.15am last Thursday morning, finding a 41-year-old man with severe upper body injuries. Despite being treated by paramedics, he passed away shortly after being taken to Coffs Harbour Hospital. Following a joint investigation by the homicide squad, a suspect was arrested on Azalea Avenue in Coffs Harbour at 4.20pm yesterday and has been denied bail, set to appear at Coffs Harbour Local Court.
