Vicente Arroyo, 39, pleaded not guilty to animal cruelty charges after allegedly going on a three-hour shooting rampage in Northern California, killing 81 animals, including miniature horses, goats, and chickens. Arroyo was arrested by Monterey County Sheriff deputies for using multiple weapons to shoot the animals in pens and cages on a lot in Prunedale. The suspect made his first court appearance on Thursday, facing charges related to the cruel and violent incident.
