Man charged over alleged attempted abduction at Whittlesea in Melbourne’s north-east

A man in Melbourne’s north has been charged after allegedly attempting to force a woman into his car, captured on CCTV. The same man also approached two teenage girls earlier, sparking fear in the community. The 39-year-old man has been arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including attempted kidnap, and will appear in court tomorrow.
