Leeds Man Charged with Encouraging Suicide via Video Call

Dylan Phelan, a 21-year-old from Morley, West Yorkshire, has been charged with encouraging suicide during a video call with a 21-year-old man in Louisiana, who died on October 30, 2024. Additionally, he faces charges of making an indecent image of a child and possessing extreme pornography, unrelated to the suicide case.
