Juan Pio Toto was charged with concealing the death of 23-year-old Atalia Pucheta Martine, whose body was found in Busse Woods forest preserve in suburban Cook County. Toto appeared in court and was granted pretrial release, with conditions including electronic monitoring, surrender of passport and firearms, and no contact with the victim’s family. The death investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is urged to contact Mount Prospect police.
