Man appears in court charged with murder of Gillian Curran in Waterford – The Irish Times

A 34-year-old man, Marcus O’Neill, appeared in court charged with the murder of Gillian Curran in Waterford city. O’Neill made no reply when charged with the murder at a residence on O’Brien Street. The accused was remanded in custody with an order for medical and psychiatric attention, and will appear before Waterford District Court next Tuesday.
