CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Terrell Eugene Giddens, 75, is seeking a bond reduction after being charged with the murder of Jeffrey Michael Guida, 40, in a road-rage incident in Lake Norman, North Carolina, on October 12, 2024, while Guida’s three daughters were present in the vehicle. Giddens allegedly shot Guida multiple times before disposing of the weapon and clothing, and his attorney argues he is presumed innocent with community ties. Guida’s family is actively opposing Giddens’ bond request, emphasizing the traumatic impact of the incident on their children.
