Man (70s) dies from injuries following collision involving car and jeep at Ardcarne, Boyle, Co Roscommon

A man in his 70s has passed away after a serious road traffic crash in Roscommon at Ardcarne, Boyle. The collision involved a car and an SUV on the N4 around 1.20pm, leading to the man being taken to Sligo University Hospital for treatment where he later died. An additional woman in her 40s was also hospitalized following the incident.
