due to a motorbike crash that occurred shortly after 8 am, causing delays of up to 45 minutes and congestion extending seven miles. One lane remains closed as emergency services, including the ambulance service, respond to the incident, with traffic backing up to junction J13

Staines

and beyond the M3. Additionally, delays are reported on the clockwise lane towards junction J9

Leatherhead

due to onlookers.
