M.P. CM says Budget has new vision for innovation, AI; Congress slams ‘no provision for debt-ridden State’

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav praised Union Budget 2025 for its special provisions for the poor, women, youth, farmers, start-ups, innovation, and AI, thanking PM Modi and FM Sitharaman. While the budget did not allocate funds specifically to Madhya Pradesh, the new scheme offering term loans to women, SC, and ST entrepreneurs may benefit the State’s population. However, MPCC president Jitu Patwari criticized the budget for lacking concrete plans for farmers and unemployed youth, accusing it of favoring capitalists and neglecting the poor and middle class.
