Marks & Spencer has suspended orders on its website and apps, offering refunds for transactions made after Wednesday due to an ongoing cyber-attack that has disrupted their systems. The company has instructed hundreds of warehouse staff to remain at home while customers face continued challenges, including the inability to collect orders, purchase or use gift cards, and access the Sparks reward scheme. Four days into the incident, there is still no indication of when M&S will restore full operational capabilities.
