Lunch Actually, Paktor merge amidst declining dating app usage in Singapore

Violet Lim, CEO and co-founder of Lunch Actually, and Alex Tam, CEO of Paktor Group, have announced a merger of their online dating companies in Singapore, creating the Lunch Actually Paktor Group. Despite declining dating app usage in Singapore, both brands will operate independently under the new entity, which plans to expand across six key Asian markets. The merger aims to strengthen their presence in the region and capitalize on the growing demand for online dating services.
