A night out in Christchurch ended tragically when 38-year-old David Bridgwater was shot dead on January 4, 2024, after attending the Juicy Festival. He was found beside his running car on Carisbrooke St, and James Arthur Holder, 55, is currently on trial for his murder in the High Court at Christchurch.
