Ontario Campus Trespassing Leads to National Security Investigation

A police investigation in London, Ont., began with a trespassing incident at Western University, leading to the discovery of hazardous chemicals in a home linked to four students: Jerry Tong, Zekun Wang, Fei Han, and Feiyang Ji. The suspects, who were developing an anti-drone weapon system, face over two dozen charges, including firearms-related offenses. The RCMP’s national security unit is involved, but authorities confirm there is no terrorism threat. Several firearms and chemicals were recovered during the investigation.
