A security guard, Morenikeji Adewole, 47, is on trial for allegedly raping a 19-year-old woman near Heaven nightclub in Soho, London, on November 1, 2024. The court heard that Adewole used a fake ID to obtain his job and provided a false name to police upon his arrest. While he admits to having sexual activity with the woman, he denies penetration, claiming she was intoxicated and had initially misrepresented her age, and he was aware of her drunken state, which raises questions about consent.
