Locals in Greater Manchester town horrified when river starts foaming

Locals in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester, were shocked as the River Tame was covered in mysterious foam, blanketing roads and cars with white bubbles. Resident Sam Pedder, in disbelief, called it the worst he’s seen in 34 years. The Environment Agency is investigating the suspected pollutants dumped upstream, thanking the public for reporting the incident.
