The authority presented consultants with three population scenarios for Kowen: a low development scenario of 33,000 dwellings and 78,300 people, a medium scenario with 39,000 dwellings and 84,600 people, and a high scenario of 46,500 dwellings and 100,350 people. These projections will help inform future planning and development strategies for the region.
