In London’s Hyde Park, a crowd of 800 to 1,000 people paid tribute to the 31-year-old who passed away after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina. Fans in Jakarta, Paris, Sydney, and other cities have also come together to honor Payne, singing One Direction songs and sharing their grief.
