Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s Remembrance Day message emphasizes the enduring hope for peace and honors the sacrifices of over 103,000 Australians who died in service since Federation. This year marks the 80th anniversary since the end of World War II, highlighting the legacy of courage and duty among veterans. A national ceremony at the Australian War Memorial will include a minute of silence at 11am, attended by dignitaries.
