More than a dozen people are feared dead after a tourist bus crashed down a mountainside in Sri Lanka’s Ella region while returning from a tea plantation visit. Sixteen passengers were injured, with eyewitnesses reporting the driver lost control before the bus plummeted 1,000 feet, highlighting the dangers of Sri Lanka’s narrow and poorly maintained mountain roads.
