EU Commissioner Ylva Johansson announced that the launch date of November 10th for the new EU Entry/Exit System (EES) has been canceled after a meeting of EU home affairs ministers in Luxembourg. The decision was made to remove the date from consideration, indicating a delay in the implementation of the system.
