Largest artificial reef in WA deployed off Carnarvon coast creating new recreational fishing opportunities

Carnarvon has completed the installation of 300 artificial reef modules off its coast, marking the largest reef project in WA, funded by a $1.4 million initiative. The reef, located 7km from Pelican Point, is expected to enhance local fishing opportunities, support marine life, and boost tourism and the economy in the Gascoyne region.
