Large fire tears through luxury London hotel known as a celebrity hotspot

A fire broke out at the luxury London hotel and restaurant known as Chiltern Firehouse, a favorite with celebrities including Madonna and Tom Cruise, forcing about 100 people to evacuate. More than 100 firefighters and 20 fire engines battled the blaze that started in ducting on the ground floor and spread to the roof of the historic four-story building. No injuries were reported, and the hotel, due to host the Netflix party after the BAFTA awards, will remain closed until further notice as the cause of the fire remains unknown.
