Landpower and the Claas Harvest Centre network are set to launch the Claas Scorpion and Torion material handling solutions in October, expanding their range for farmers and contractors in New Zealand. The Scorpion telehandler, developed with Liebherr, offers models with a maximum reach of 7 to 9 meters and lift capacity of 3 to 6 tonnes, while the Torion wheeled loaders include models like the 1913 and 1611 P with different engine options for various agricultural tasks. These machines, previously sold in Australia, aim to provide the best global manufacturers’ equipment that suits the trans-Tasman agricultural conditions.
