LAFC decline ’25 option on Carlos Vela; return possible

Los Angeles FC recently declined to activate Carlos Vela’s option for the 2025 season, signaling a possible end to his tenure with the club. Vela, a former MLS Most Valuable Player, had a successful six-season run with LAFC, scoring 78 goals and 58 assists in 152 games.
