A 56-year-old man in Kwa-Thema was found guilty of raping his daughter after she reported the abuse to a neighbor. The daughter revealed that her father had been sexually assaulting her since she was six years old, despite his denial and claims of innocence. Despite a court-ordered psychiatric evaluation indicating the daughter’s intellectual disability and epilepsy, the man was convicted and will be sentenced on May 15.
