Police release CCTV of missing Christchurch teen Marley Last seen in Scarborough

Police have released images of the last known sighting of 17-year-old Marley, who went missing on September 26 in Christchurch. His white Mazda Demio was found in Sumner, and CCTV footage shows him on Whitewash Head Rd in Scarborough at 2:55 PM.
