Kingsville honours veterans during Remembrance ceremonies

Residents of Kingsville, along with others in Essex County, gathered at Remembrance Day ceremonies at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 188 to honor veterans who fought for Canada. The event included prayers, wreath laying, a 21-gun salute, and the release of a peace bird by John Delicata, Kingsville’s oldest living veteran at 100. Attendees paid tribute to those who sacrificed their lives for freedom, placed poppies on wreaths at the cenotaph, and witnessed various military displays and performances.
