King Charles’s medical records were not accessed during the alleged data breach of Kate Middleton’s personal information on Wednesday at the London Clinic.

The monarch, 75, who is currently receiving outpatient cancer treatment at the luxury private hospital, underwent a “corrective procedure” for an enlarged prostate in January.

There, doctors discovered “a separate issue of concern” that requires treatment. Buckingham Palace later clarified that the cancer was not prostate cancer.

However, during his time at the top UK medical facility, located in the uber-posh Marylebone area, Charles’s data was not breached, according to PA news agency.

The CEO of the London Clinic said the hospital would take all “regulatory and disciplinary steps” as three staffers were under investigation for the alleged breach.

“Everyone at the London Clinic is acutely aware of our individual, professional, ethical and legal duties with regards to patient confidentiality,” Al Russell said in a statement to The Post on Wednesday.

“We take enormous pride in the outstanding care and discretion we aim to deliver for all our patients that put their trust in us every day.”

He said the hospital has “systems in place to monitor [the] management of patient information,” and vowed that if there were a breach “all appropriate investigatory, regulatory and disciplinary steps will be taken.”

“There is no place at our hospital for those who intentionally breach the trust of any of our patients or colleagues,” Russell said.

His comments came just days after a hospital insider claimed that at least one staffer tried to access Middleton’s medical records during her stay in January.

The unidentified insider called the breach “incredibly damaging for the hospital, given its unblemished reputation for treating members of the Royal Family,” in comments to the Mirror.

It’s believed that the Princess of Wales, 42, has been made aware of the situation.

The London Clinic is also considered one of the most high-end medical facilities, boasting state-of-the-art equipment and wards for surgeries in urology, gynecology, thoracic surgery, orthopedics, and spinal procedures.

According to the British health watchdog Care Quality Commission (CQC), the hospital has about 23,000 inpatients a year, with a further 110,000 outpatients, which includes King Charles.
