The state-owned Korea International Travel Company commissioned the video, featuring young Russians in bikinis, despite strict clothing regulations in North Korea. The country is set to open a new beach complex called Wonsan resort, dubbed the “North Korean Benidorm”, after delays due to Kim Jong-un’s fact-finding mission to Spain in 2017.
