Kerala rides on Ajsal’s strike to defeat Railways

Muhammed Ajsal netted the winning goal for Kerala against Railways in the Santosh Trophy qualifying tournament, securing a 1-0 victory at the Corporation Stadium. The goal, scored in the 72nd minute off a through ball from Nijo Gilbert, propelled Kerala to their first win in the group stage, despite a lackluster performance. In another match, Pondicherry defeated Lakshadweep 3-2, with Dhilipan scoring a hat-trick for the winning team.
