Kent Police released an e-fit image of a robbery suspect from an incident in Ramsgate on December 16, 2025, where a teenage boy’s bag was snatched. Social media users humorously pointed out the resemblance of the suspect to Take That frontman Gary Barlow, leading to over 600 comments on the police’s Facebook post. Comedic comparisons included references to a scene from the film Johnny English and video game characters. Police described the suspect as a white male, aged 45-50, around 5ft 9in tall, with fair hair in twists and a braided beard.
