Former Tennessee player and coach Kellie Harper has been named the new coach for Missouri women’s basketball, returning to the state where she had previous coaching success. Harper, with a 20-season Division I coaching career and nine NCAA tournament appearances, replaces Robin Pingeton after 15 seasons at Missouri. Harper’s ties to the SEC and her proven leadership qualities made her the ideal candidate for the position at Missouri.
